LdS Silviculture (LdSS) is based in Federal, NSW in the heart of the historic Big Scrub rainforest region.

LdSS specialises in:
• regeneration of Big Scrub rainforest and local riparian environments,
• landscape design and installation employing extensive species indigenous to the Big Scrub rainforest,
• establishment and maintenance of mixed species cabinet timber plantations, growing valuable trees that are native to the Big Scrub, and
• custom timber milling services, including kiln drying and storage.

The LdSS team, led by Karl Vikstrom, comprises nine employees with wide-ranging experience and skills including nursery services, bush regeneration, licensed arborist services (including tree climbing and felling) and milling.

The team has been responsible for the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the Lune de Sang cabinet timber plantation, a 146 hectare property near Federal with over 140,000 trees under cultivation.
